Pie pops? I'm not sure how I feel about having dinner on a stick, but would be easy and convenient to sell at a market or fair! Hm....

I like the picture a lot (nice composition). Only thing is, this makes for a huge crust-to-filling ratio. If you like filling more, maybe you'd be better off with giant pies. But for the crustily inclined, mini pies on a stick may be just the ticket.
